Q. What is required of a host site ?
A. The host site must have space to comfortably accommodate 20-25 people with chairs and tables. Host sites are expected to recruit between 20-25 people for each workshop.
Q. How do I sign up to be a host site?
A. If interested in being a host site, contact Kafi Chism, Health Promotion Consultant at PCA -- 215-765-9000 Ext. 5118 -- to discuss becoming a host site.
Q. What will host sites be expected to provide for the Help Yourself To Health workshop?
A. Snacks and/or refreshments, dedicated space for six 2 ½ hours workshop sessions, contact list of participants who signed up, a designate place to store supplies.
Q. Is there a cost for the workshop?
A. The workshops are delivered at NO COST to participants and hosting organization.
